Perhaps the holidays are traditionally heavy for you, or maybe you just need to do something a bit different this year to find some peace. Join us for our seasonal day retreat to celebrate the Winter Solstice, or Yule, on Saturday, December 21st. We will spend the day reconnecting to our inner voice, and finding ways to enjoy the introspective nature of winter using movement, journaling, and creativity. In this full day retreat, we will take a bit of time for self care, find ways to incorporate more mindfulness into our lives, and foster a sense of community with other women.  The day will include:
  • Morning Beginner Friendly Movement Practice
  • Coffee, Tea, & Pastries
  • Vision Boards
  • Winter Crafting
  • A Piece of Jewelry Including Your Personal 2020 Mantra
  • Lunch by Crave
  • Guided Mediation & Journaling
  • A Swag Bag Filled with Coupons, Treats, & Swag From Local Businesses.

By the end of our day together, each student will leave with their bag of self-care resources & treats, a 2020 vision board, a completed piece of jewelry featuring a mantra they have chosen, and their winter craft.  Students will find themselves rejuvenated with information to help make space for joy in their every day. All supplies are included.

This workshop is led by Brandy McNair of Bella Vita Jewelry and Michelle Rhodes of Moon+Myrrh, and will take place on Saturday, December 21st from 9 am to 4 pm at Bella Vita Jewelry in Downtown Little Rock.

Cost is $95 and includes all supplies needed for the workshop.  Lunch is included in the cost of the workshop.
